Returns & Refunds Policy

At Spicy Joes we want all of our customers to be completely happy with their orders. If there has been a problem, then we will do our very best to rectify the problem.

If you have had an issue with your order, please contact us by email at info@spicyjoes.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. In order for us to resolve the matter quickly, please explain the issue in full and if possible attach any photographs that may be of help to us.

Damaged or Missing Items.

If part of your order is either damaged or missing, please contact us straight away at info@spicyjoes.co.uk and we will offer you either a replacement item or a full refund for that item, if you choose the refund it will be processed with 2 working days.

Unwanted items.

If for some reason you decide that you do not wish to keep items that have been delivered, you can return within 7 days of delivery, however, they must be unopened and in their original condition and packagaing.

Returns postage is the customer's responsibility, we will refund the full cost of the items once that they have been inspected, if the goods meet return conditions refunds are processed within 2 working days.
