Kashmiri Chilli powder is relatively mild when it comes to chilli, but is known for its ability to add a rich red colour to dishes. It's a versatile chilli that is known the world over, and is one of India's most famous exports.  On the Scoville Scale, it measures at around 1000-2000 SHU.
