This mix will give you a great Base Gravy in a matter of minutes. So easy to use !!
Just add 2 to 3 heaped tablespoon of the mix to your pan, add water and slowly bring to a simmer, stiring constantly.  If you haven't added enough water to get the consistency that you want just simply add a little more. Once you have the correct consistency simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes allowing the spice mix to cook through, make sure to stir whislt cooking.
And there we have it, a great base gravy for you to use to cook which ever curry that you want.
For the purists out there. This is in no way designed to replace the original Base Gravy recipes that people love to cook. It is designed to use if you have not got any in the freezer or just can't be bothered - Its for a great curry in a hurry !
