Spicy Joes Wasabi Powder is imported from Japan and is 100% Wasabi. A lot of the supermarket brought Wasabi isn't wasabi at all, but copies. 
Very popular in Japanese and oriental cuisine, especially with Sushi.
Add cold water to the wasabi powder using a 1:1 ratio. 
Adjust the amount of water to make your preferred thickness.
After mixing thoroughly, it is best used straight away but can be stored in an air tight container.
