Mexican Sticky Ribs
2 tables Spoons of Honey
1 -2 Table spoon of Mexican Ranch Rub.
3 table spoon of Sesame Seeds
Ribs for Four
3 tablespoons of Cider vinegar
1 table spoon Cooking oil
Place all ingredients including ribs in to a sealed container and shake until mixed evenly across the ribs.
Marinate for at least 2 - 3 hours, longer if you can.
Place ribs and marinade in a covered dish in hot oven (180 degrees) for 10 - 15 minutes until cooked and tender
Remove the lid and cook for a further ten minutes until the ribs appear slightly blackened sticky and crispy.
Perfect served with a nice homemade slaw, rice, corn on the cob and salad.
