This Burger is inspired by a dish found  in a tiny restaurant in Seychelles that we used to love going to. Our version gives all the subtle flavours of the fresh spice used in our blends.
Topped with tomato and red oinion and a good spoonful of minted mayo, this truely is the King Of Burgers.
It is perfect served with the spicy sweet potato wedges.
