Chasni curry is a  type of Indian Curry that is very popular in the UK, particularly Scotland. It is  sweet and tangy, made with succulent pieces of chicken cooked in a luscious sauce made with aromatic spices , mango chutney, and is vibrantly red in colour. The curry is typically creamy giving it a rich and indulgent texture that is very easy on the palate; one for the whole family!
