A very hot chunky chilli pickle made from 70% Naga Morrich. The chillies in this recipe are exceptionally hot and fragrant, resulting in an amazing, complex flavour.
This pickle can be used as a condiment or as a rub and it’s fantastic when added to curries, soups and stews.
Marinade or add to yoghurt or mayo to make a fragrant hot dip.
